CST and fast service are synonymous. We carry a full inventory and can therefore ship your order complete within 48 hours. On the rare occasion we are temporarily out of an item, we will hold your order no more than 3 days if we know the item is in transit to us. If it will be longer, we will backorder (BO) only if we will be able to ship within 30 days. If, for any reason, the lead-time is longer, we will show the item as temporarily out of stock (TOS).
Ordering and Payment Information
In the USA and Canada, you may phone your order by dialing 661-822-4162 or on-line at www.cstsales.com. All other international orders must be submitted via our website at www.cstsales.com and paid via credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express in US dollars. Customs, duties, brokerage and related charges are the responsibility of the customer due to the carrier upon delivery. Wire transfers add $50 (India $75) to cover bank charges. Your order will not ship until we receive confirmation of receipt of funds from our bank.
CST processes credit card transactions when the order is shipped so we can accurately include the exact shipping charges including on-line orders via the shopping cart. A copy of the invoice will be provided with your order so you know exactly the amount charged to your card. If you need an estimate prior to shipping, please call customer service, send an e-mail or request the total be e-mailed to you when we ship.

Method of Shipment
Shipments will be routed by most economical carrier unless otherwise specified.
Any box over 12” wide may incur a $20-25 special packaging charge. This charge is per box or crate. In some cases, multiple items may fit into the same container. Oversize containers may ship by dimensional weight depending upon the total shipping weight. Our shipping department will package and ship product as economically as possible while trying to protect the product from damage in transit.
The maximum length of an international package to most countries is 40 inches (some countries are 39 inches) for Priority Mail. This may require that we fold or cut materials to meet package restrictions. We will honor your requests within shipping requirements whenever possible. If an airmail package becomes lost, tracking is very difficult and time consuming. International shipments cannot be traced for 90 days after shipment by airmail. All postal charges must be prepaid and billed to the customer.
Some items are classified as “hazardous material” by the Department of Transportation. Hazardous materials are shipped via UPS GROUND service for an additional fee depending upon the hazardous classification. Also, some hazardous classifications require special packaging and/or boxes that may incur additional charges. Regulations and charges related to these materials are subject to change without notice. Hazardous shipments CANNOT be returned for any reason. If the parcel is damaged when received from the carrier, refuse the shipment and/or note damage with carrier.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available on all products required by law to have such documentation. Upon request, we will forward a copy for specific products at the time of shipping, by mail or by fax. MSDS is included with all hazardous shipments.

Sales & Use Tax
California sales tax applies to all shipments and deliveries within California including hotels, motels, trade shows, and special events. For deliveries within the USA but outside of California via common carrier, the customer may be liable for sales and/or use taxes in the respective state of delivery. International customers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and related expenses.
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you have any missing or damaged items, please call customer service at 661-822-4162 immediately so we can correct the problem. If you wish to return an item that you cannot use, we will allow returns within 30 days of invoice date if it is returned in like-new condition at your expense. There will be a 20% restock charge. Call customer service for authorization. You will be given specific instructions and authorization for the return. If returned merchandise is damaged from misuse or improper packaging, no refund will be issued or the refund will be reduced by the price of the damaged material. Hazardous materials, custom orders and sale items cannot be returned.
