FIBERGLASS-ROHACELL SANDWICH PANELS Fiberglass Sandwich Panels with Rohacell Core

These light weight panels have epoxy and fiberglass fabric outer layers with Rohacell 71 foam cores. The fiberglass skins are textured to aid bonding. The edges of panels are unfinished. We recommend finishing the edges with filled epoxy, to improve peel strength. Custom orders are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: Sandwich panels can de-laminate easily if not properly handled. It is not recommended that a saw blade with teeth be used to cut this material. We recommend using a reinforced Dremel cutoff wheel. Always sand the edges parallel to the skins. Skins may be re-bonded using Epoxy or CA glue.

These light weight panels have epoxy and fiberglass fabric outer layers with end-grain balsa cores. The fiberglass skins are textured to aid bonding. The edges of panels are unfinished. We recommend finishing the edges with filled epoxy, to improve peel strength. Custom orders are welcome.
